REFUND POLICY

At The Juicy Crab Birmingham, we aim to ensure every guest has an exceptional dining experience. However, in the event of cancellations or issues with our service, the following applies:

  1. Reservations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds will not be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

  2. Deposits: Any deposits paid for group bookings or special events are non-refundable if cancellations occur within 48 hours of the reservation.

  3. Service Issues: If you experience any problems during your visit, please notify management immediately. Refunds or compensations are issued on a case-by-case basis
